How much do GoAskErin services cost?

Since every job is unique, each requires a quote, but here are some general guidelines:
•Online consultation is $125/hr, with a 1 hour minimum.
•In-person One-on-One or small group sessions are $125/hour, based on a 3 hour minimum.
•On-site Digital Asset Management is $125/hour, but may change based on size and complexity of the job.
•Image Editing is $85/hour.

How do I upload my images for tutorials or editing?

Follow the easy upload instructions in your email from Erin. Within 24 hours, you’ll receive a confirmation email that your image(s) have arrived safe and sound.

How do I submit payment?

In-person clients can pay in cash or by check at the time of each session.
For all other services,  you’ll receive one Paypal invoice for a 50 percent deposit at the beginning of the project, and one for the final payment before delivery. You do not need a Paypal account.

How do I book Erin for a private session?

If you live in the greater Los Angeles area, call or email Erin to book a time that’s convenient for you. If you live elsewhere, check my calendar to see if I might be coming to your neck of the woods. Alternatively, I can travel to wherever you live, or set up a live screen sharing session. I don’t live in Los Angeles. Can I still book Erin to set up my Lightroom Library or Travel presets?

Yes, it can be done. Call or email Erin, and we can set up an online screen sharing session.

How long does it take to get my edited image(s)?

It will depend on how simple or complex the editing is. Expect 5-7 days for most imaging. Rush editing is available for an extra charge. All bets are off if I’m traveling or leading a workshop, but I’ll let you know in advance.
